After two days in Indias crazy capital we are ready to leave. Because we didn't get our train tickets to Gorakhpur (which lies on the way to Kathmandu) confirmed, we just cancelled them and booked a flight instead.
Delhi was every bit as we remembered it. Dirty, sweaty, loud and far too many touts trying to push us one way or the other. It feels like running around with a big $ sign on your forehead... Well, we had only considered Delhi as a place to arrive, rest a day or two and then leave for Kathmandu as quick as possible, anyways.
A pity we left the camera at the hotel, so we couldn't take a picture of the sign indicating "Dr. Chens Dental Clinic" (hi Tao;-)) somewhere in the middle of an Indian bazar. So no pictures today, but I'm sure we'll be able to provide some from Nepal.
Tomorrow we take our flight out and hope for more peaceful surroundings afterwards.
